All tuition, fees, and related costs of the program of enrollment are included in the college catalog and are due prior to the scheduled start‐date of a student’s course(s), unless the student has made prior arrangements, such as a payment plan. Fulfillment of payment obligations is a condition to graduation. Students will not be able to take the exit examination until all financial obligations are satisfied.
Riggs College does not offer any financial aid, financial assistance, or government loans. However, we have a partnership with a private loan servicer for those who qualify.
The institution’s financial services advisor is available during office hours to assist students with any questions they may have, as well as to assist with changes to payment arrangements when necessary.

Any student failing to make a tuition payment by the due date will be subject to a late fee of $75.00.
